My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, were on the small side with lovely balconies overlooking the lake. However, it was a bit uncomfortable that there was no air conditioning in the bedroom. The service, provided by Jelena and the restaurant staff, was a bit noisy at times, and they weren't very helpful when we needed assistance with our suitcases upon early arrival. The location was truly spectacular, offering incredible views of Lake Bled and direct access for swimming and boat hire. On the downside, the dining options were limited and lacked variety. On the positive side, the location was absolutely amazing, right on Lake Bled with breathtaking views, and the service, especially during dinner, was exceptional. However, the room I was allocated had a strange smell, and it didn't feel very welcoming or well laid out.
